Get ready to tackle the Samaria Gorge, Europe's longest ravine. This hike kicks off driving through the White Mountains to the Xyloskalo staircase, enjoying epic views as you zig zag down the gorge. At the bottom, you'll pass tiny chapels and maybe spot some wild ‘kri-kri' goats. The highlight? The Iron Gates – the narrowest part of the gorge – with towering 300-metre-high walls.
