Ca‘ Pesaro ist der bedeutendste Barockpalast der Stadt und Heimat der modernen Kunstsammlung Venedigs.

Den Kern der Sammlung bilden berühmte Meisterwerke wie Judith II. (Salome) von Klimt (1909) und Der Rabbi von Witebsk von Chagall (1914–1922), die Wachsbilder von Medardo Rosso sowie Werke von Kandinsky, Klee, Matisse, Moore und Wildt. Im dritten Stock befindet sich außerdem das Museum für Orientalische Kunst.

Im Palast sind noch einige Fresken und Ölgemälde an den Decken erhalten, Werke von Künstlern wie Bambini, Pittoni, Crosato, Trevisani und Brusaferro.
