This is untamed Anatolia at its purest and rawest. You'll head deep into the countryside to Ahmetler Canyon, known locally as Aladdin's Canyon, for an action-packed adventure, with swimming and trekking in the heart of the Taurus Mountains. What's more, it's a family-friendly route with different levels for age groups. Çinar, one of our local guides, says, ‘Mother Nature created a natural waterpark in the canyon – an aquatic climbing garden, where you'll even see Aladdin's lamp. It's a thrilling experience.'

Situated along the River Karpuzçay, the Ahmetler Canyon is a mystical place where sculpted sandstone rocks tower above you and crystalline springs gush from nowhere. Natural pools invite you to swim and discover rock formations carved by millions of years of erosion. You'll kick off by heading deep into this fairytale landscape with your expert local guide. The route is suitable for all ages from 7 upwards. So it makes for a great family day out.

You'll climb and swim – and jump and dive, if you're feeling adventurous – and experience the canyon like never before. After the adventure, you'll be served up a typical Turkish ‘mangal' lunch made from locally sourced ingredients, fresh from the barbecue. Plus, you'll get to watch a video of your experience, and children will receive a certificate at the end of the day to celebrate their achievements. You'll need to rise and shine early to catch this ride, but the wow-worthy views of the ancient city of Aspendos are worth the early wake-up call. As your pilot expertly coaxes the hot air balloon skywards, you'll gain a whole new perspective of this beautifully preserved site. Soar over the ruins, enjoying the fresh morning air and the silence it brings, broken only by the occasional blast of the burner and the ‘ooos' and ‘ahhhs' of your group. As the afternoon drifts towards evening, your exclusive TUI itinerary begins. After your transfer to Antalya Harbour, you'll step aboard a fancy yacht and begin cruising along a stretch of Turkey's renowned Turquoise Coast. With only a small group of up to 16 guests on board, there's plenty of space to stretch out, take in the views and enjoy the laidback vibe.Your first stop is Calticak Bay, a peaceful spot away from the crowds where the water is calm, clear and perfect for swimming or floating under the sun. After you've had time to unwind, you'll continue to Mouse Island, a small rocky island surrounded by sparkling blue waters.
