This guided city tour is divided in 2 parts. The first one will take you to discover why Toledo is known as the Three Cultures City, visiting the most influential places of the Muslim, Jewish and Christian culture. In the second part of the tour you will visit the Santa María de Toledo Cathedral.
Start the tour with the church of Santo Tomé, with its incredible Gothic sculptures and the impressive work of El Greco: The Burial of Count Orgaz; the Mosque of Cristo de la Luz, a small Arab jewel from the year 999, the time of the Caliphate of Córdoba; and the Santa María la Blanca synagogue, with traces that suggest that in ancient times it was the Greater Synagogue of Toledo's Jewish quarter. After the tour of the Three Cultures, around 2pm, you will have free time for a lunch on your own. You will reunite with your guide at 4:30pm to continue with the second part of the tour, the visit to the Cathedral of Toledo.
You will have the chance to admire this building, built in 1226 on an old Visigothic temple. Your guide will help you discover its history, and show you the Muslim influences in its architecture.
