Your host will be waiting for you to enjoy a walk through the estate and a tour of the winery. Along the way, you will be told the story of the place and its strong connection with King Frederick II of Swabia. You will visit the cellar, immersed in the vineyards, and here you'll practice tasting techniques sampling the wines directly from the tank. You will discover the whole process of wine production while children will be involved in a laboratory activity and a guided visit to the farm's animals.
You will then move to one of the verandas or indoor rooms to enjoy your lunch. Augustali's cuisine is thought for those who want to taste the authentic dishes of Sicilian tradition with an appreciated homemade imprint. You'll begin with six appetizers and then continue with the first course of fresh pasta with products from the garden, two main courses of meat with vegetables, seasonal fruit, and a typical dessert.
