The tour begins from Amar Niwas – a heritage property site, spread over six acres of land with a built-up area of approximately one acre. It is considered to be among the most beautiful Bungalows built for the British officers who were posted at Agra. The bungalow was purchased by Major Amar Singh soon after India's independence, who was in the Royal British Army and fought in World War II, for the British Army in Uganda, Africa. After a brief introduction about the British Colonial Rule and its relation to Agra, guests will enjoy a tea break alongside the family of the Late Major Amar Singh. In addition, the guests will be accompanied by rickshaw carts to various colonial buildings within the site which was considered to a Colonial paradise. Available buildings for this tour are the Bungalows of Cantonment, St. George’s Cathedral, Havelock memorial Church, Post Office, St. Mary’s Church.
