This magic tour takes you on a ride by the coastal road along the Saronic Gulf to the Corinth Canal, which connects the Aegean Sea with the Ionian Sea (short stop). Next you will be driven to Mycenae, the Homeric city of Atreides, which was known as the city “rich in gold”. There you will have the chance to explore the Lion's Gate, the Cyclopean Walls and the Royal Tombs. Afterwards there is an optional lunch-break in Mycenae.
Next stop is Nafplio, a strikingly beautiful town through the fertile plain of Argolis. This picturesque town is nestling at the foot of a fortified cliff that is crowned by the mighty ramparts of Palamidi Fortress (short photo stop). Next you will depart for the glorious ancient theatre of Epidaurus (4th century B.C.), famous for its unique and astonishing acoustics. In the end of your tour, you will return back to Athens by the coastal road connecting Epidaurus with Corinth.
