The historic building of the gallery dates back to the 1840s and used to be a church and school. The Queen's Gallery was opened by Queen Elizabeth II in November 2002 as part of the Golden Jubilee celebrations. Follow your self-guided audio tour past the many pieces of art.
From 25 March to 25 September 2022 you can enjoy the temporary exhibition 'Masterpieces from Buckingham Palace'. See some of the greatest masterpieces from the Royal Collection. Admire art by Rembrandt, Van Dyck, Rubens, and Artemisia Gentileschi.
