What to remember

All children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult
The local operator will contact you to confirm the starting time and the type of rental (kayak or paddleboard)
Remember to bring your ID (valid drivers license or passport)
Please be prepared to walk into the water to board your equipment
Remember to wear proper footwear and comfortable attire, please wear sunscreen and insect repellent
You can bring a small cooler, hydration, and snacks with you (no glass, styrofoam, or alcohol)
You must review and sign the waiver prior to arrival
Damage to or loss of equipment will result in additional costs to your method of payment including but not limited to up to $750 per kayak or paddleboard; up to $100 per personal flotation device, up to $100 per paddle, up to $35 per lantern and up to $20 per waterproof bag
All adult operators are responsible for proper usage of equipment, wearing of personal flotation devices, ensuring minors wear appropriate flotation devices, and compliance with local and federal laws
The local operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booked session due to weather, operator experience, or perceived difficulty based on our experts' assessment of guests. Should such cancellation or rescheduling occur, they will discuss options directly with you on a case-by-case basis
