What to expect

Spend a full day exploring the little coastal towns and UNESCO World Heritage Sites along the renowned "Amalfi Drive", the most spectacular coastal drive in the world. Your driver will pick you up from your hotel in Sorrento and make you discover two highlights of the area: the impressive Roman ruins of Pompeii and Positano, one of the pearls of the Amalfi Coast.

In 79 AD, Pompeii was completely buried by the enormous eruption of Mount Vesuvius. Today, it is one of the most famous and most visited archaeological sites in the world. Spend more than two hours with a certified guide who will show you the main public monuments and some of the private homes preserved in this extraordinary open-air museum.

After the tour of Pompeii, you'll reach Positano through a scenic road. Here you'll have some free time to visit this charming seaside resort at your leisure and have lunch (not included). Explore at your own pace the picturesque narrow streets covered by bougainvillea flowers and experience firsthand the profound artistic inspiration that characterizes this lovely town.
