This tour is not for the late sleepers as we start early as the farmers did, and still do, to have a full breakfast (brunch has been around for many decades in the country)! The point of this is to gather up enough energy for the hard day's work that lies ahead. Breakfast consists of “pa amb tomaquet” (typical Catalan bread with tomato…delicious) accompanied by a “Butifarra crua“, olives, cava, juice and coffee.
Only the strongest can start the following activity without yawning once.
After breakfast, you begin the CREATE YOUR OWN CAVA activity, with the tasting of Palagó Cavas, the visit of the installations and the disgorging workshop.
