Drink like a Bristolian! This mystery self-guided craft beer tour includes seven delicious locally brewed beers in four brilliant, independent Bristol venues. The area is away from the tourists and close to where most of Bristol's beer is brewed.
Moor Beer brewery taproom is your starting point, where you'll be given a guided tasting of three third pints from their extensive range of beers brewed on the premises. Drink these in their taproom or, if weather permits, in the sunny beer garden. The staff here love talking about their beer so feel free to ask them anything. There's also plenty of free stickers and beer mats at the bar that you can take home as souvenirs.
After your tasting, you'll be given your goodie bag with various snacks to enjoy on the short walks in between venues, pen and paper for noting down your favourite beers (or playing naughts and crosses if you prefer) and a welcome envelope. Open your envelope to reveal three beer tokens each, a map and guide telling you where you'll be spending them!
Following your map and referring to your booklet with interesting facts about the things that you pass on your walk, you'll then venture on to three other brilliant, independent locations in the area (your next stop is an award-winning traditional pub with outdoor space). There's a Bristol brewed beer or two in each venue included in the price (just hand over your token), but feel free to stay for more if you fancy. Your map will have an extra stop included, so that if somewhe is too busy or it's not your kind of place, you can skip it or decide to do all five venues and buy one extra beer. The great thing about this tour is that you can do it at your own pace.
