Leave Herzeliya and take off towards the Judean hills heading to the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth, being below the level of the sea.
Along the shore that takes to Masada, you will learn about the Jewish history and fighters. A cable car will then get you over to the mountain fortress built by King Herod, where the Zealots of the first century made their last stand against the Romans. You will visit the ruins of the palaces, walls, synagogue, water cisterns, mosaic floors, and Roman baths.
After, you will descend using the cable car again and continue towards the Dead Sea, where you will have a unique opportunity to float in the waters and cover yourself with the well-known mud, rich in minerals, that many believe has therapeutical effects.
