The inside story
The Saxon Switzerland National Park in eastern Germany is a 93 km long region between Pirna and the Czech border and offers one of the most beautiful landscapes in Europe. Inside the National Park, you can find more than 700 summits and 400 km² of marked hiking trails, steep treks, paths and cycle routes. The crystal-clear waters of the Elbe flowing quietly through the valleys attract a wide array of wildlife including otters, kingfishers and many more.
