What to expect

If you love pizza, crave gelato and would love to get out of the city to discover the amazing Tuscan countryside, this experience is exactly what you're looking for! Get the chance to uncover all the secrets of these three great wonders of Italy in the exclusive atmosphere of a small-group tour.

A comfortable minivan will get you to a Tuscan farmhouse immersed in the magnificent countryside. First, you'll learn how to grow organic vegetables exploring the little garden with the chef and you'll pick the freshest vegetables and Tuscan herbs.

Afterwards, get ready to prepare your pizza! Everyone will be able to prepare his/her own home-made pizza from scratch: first, you'll prepare the dough. While it rests, you'll learn about gelato's (Italian ice-cream) origins and you'll observe a demonstration of home-made gelato preparation. Get back to your pizza and make your elbows swing as you stretch your dough to its round shape. Put your favorite toppings and learn how to master the cooking procedure.

In an informal and friendly atmosphere, you'll enjoy eating your marvelous handmade dinner and delicious gelato. Right where it has been produced for centuries, you’ll taste renowned Chianti wine while you cook and eat your pizza.

At the end of the dinner, to conclude the wonderful evening, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of Florence by night. Return to the city in the minivan holding your well-earned graduation certificate!
