If you're staying outside these areas, please meet the tour at one of the following designated locations: 1) Tonsai Beach and Railay Beach: meet at the small floating pier on Railay East Beach, in front of Railay Princess Resort & Spa; 2) Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas: take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang; 3) Islanda Hideaway Resort: pick-up is at the 7-Eleven near Thara Park Pier; 4) Balcony Party Hostel: meet at the 7-Eleven on the main road; 5) Andakiri Pool Villa: walk to the main road and meet at the T-Junction; 6) Fullmoon Beach Resort: pick-up is at the hotel's main road entrance. Please provide your pick‑up location during checkout and confirm it with the local provider using the contact details included in the voucher you’ll receive after booking.

What to remember

Accessibility:

This tour is not permitted for infants under 2 years old, pregnant women, or people with back or neck problems
Participation is limited to guests without serious health conditions, mobility restrictions, or requiring a wheelchair

Please don't feed the monkeys, as it makes them aggressive and stops them from foraging for food as they would normally do

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

The entrance fee to Hat Noppharat Thara – Mu Ko Phi Phi National Park is not included and is to be paid on-site in cash (400 THB per adult and 200 THB per child)

Thailand's Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation will close Maya Bay every year for 2 months in August and September
Notable rules at Maya Bay include no swimming, no single-use plastics, using reef-safe sunscreen and no use of drones without permission
During certain seasons, jellyfish may be present in the Andaman Sea, and contact can cause skin irritation or discomfort. To minimise the risk, it is recommended to wear protective clothing such as watershoes and long swimwear when swimming
Ensuring your safety is the top priority. To that end, it is strongly recommended to wear a life jacket throughout the entire boat ride to the islands and while snorkelling
Speedboats navigate close to the shoreline, allowing passengers a convenient and effortless transition to the beach
While flip-flops are convenient, water shoes offer better protection against sharp objects like shells or rocks on the sand and provide improved traction on wet surfaces
Shorts are ideal as they dry quickly and allow for greater freedom of movement, especially if the water level reaches above your knees when getting on or off the boat

Remember to bring:

Towel, waterproof bag, swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses, flip flops, water shoes and a camera
