About your host, Bruno: "I'm an executive chef with 10 years of experience in which 2 of those years were at Sobe in Jardim Botânico. I graduated from the IBMR university center in Rio de Janeiro. I currently own a bistro in Rio de Janeiro that specializes in seafood, and I'm developing plant-based recipes."
