What to remember
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult on the rink
  • No bags (except rucksacks) are allowed on the ice rink, but there is a paid cloakroom facility available in skate change area
  • Visitors without a valid skating ticket will not be allowed into the skate change area
  • Entrance to the Museum Café Bar is free and does not require an ice skating ticket
  • There will be a tasty range of hot food sold in the Museum Gardens
  • Skaters may use their own skates but organisers reserve the right not to allow a person to use their own skates if they deem them unsuitable (there is no discount for this)
  • Please bring suitable outdoor clothing, no refunds will be given for bad weather
  • Lost property will be held at the ice rink. Please contact with regards to lost items
