  • Rose Center Entrance on 81st St between Central Park West and Columbus Ave. Proceed downstairs to the Will Call window. This location often has shorter lines
  • Main Entrance on 79th St at Central Park West and proceed to the Vouchers Desk
  • What to remember
    • Reservation required. Visit this page and select "click here to make a reservation" at the bottom of the page. There is no additional fee to reserve a date and time to visit the museum. You will be required to show your mobile voucher and timed reservation to enter
    • Your pass entitles you to free general admission. If you would like to upgrade your admission ticket to include a temporary exhibit, IMAX or 3D film, OR a Hayden Planetarium Space Show, you may do so for an additional fee directly at the Museum
    • Plan to spend around 2 hours 30 minutes at the Museum of Natural History
    • The Museum doesn’t allow large bags or food and drinks, except for water bottles
    • Certain museum halls may close early due to special events, please call (212) 769-5200 prior to your visit to check the status
