In Olbia, in north-eastern Sardinia, you will be accompanied by the expert guides in the preparation of traditional homemade Sardinian pasta for generations, such as gnocchi, ravioli and the famous culurgiones typical of Ogliastra. You can try your hand thanks to precious tips and discover many curiosities to bring into your daily life. Afterwards, you can taste the products prepared with your own hands during a tasty lunch or dinner with traditional dishes, but revisited in a modern way with fresh and local products. During the workshop, the expert guide will accompany you in the production of traditional homemade Sardinian pasta, such as: malloreddus, culurgiones or ravioli with different types of fillings according to the season.
