Upon arrival at the verdant Långholmen island in Södermalm, you'll be warmly welcomed by a professional instructor. Any unnecessary items can be safely left at the rental facility, where you'll also collect essential equipment such as lifejackets and drybags. The instructor will provide a comprehensive briefing on paddling techniques and suggest the best routes to take.

Once on the water, you'll have the opportunity to navigate through Stockholm's intricate network of canals. A particularly popular route encompasses the islands of Långholmen and Reimerisholme. Meeting point:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your tour starts to confirm your booking and get ready with your equipment. The departure point is the beautiful island of Långholmen (Södermalm), where the team will greet you. You will be asked to leave all unnecessary belongings at the rental and collect your equipment, including a lifejacket, paddle, and a map. An instructor will explain everything you will need to know about stand-up paddleboarding, including the route and safety guidelines.
