The pass also includes a virtual reality experience that brings to life the rise of the Doge’s Palace, the transformation of the Rialto Bridge, and Carnival celebrations. You'll have the opportunity to explore a Venetian palace and gondola in 3D. Gain skip-the-line access to the atmospheric Prisons Palace and the modern exhibition at Procuratie Vecchie. Here, you can visit the prisons connected to the Doge’s Palace by the Bridge of Sighs, famously known as Casanova's escape route, and discover interactive exhibits while enjoying panoramic views from the restored Procuratie Vecchie in Piazza San Marco.

To enjoy the Grand Canal audio guide, you will need a Line 1 vaporetto ticket (not included in the package). Line 1 runs every 10 minutes, and tickets can be purchased at any time at the official ticket office or from the ticket machines at Piazzale Roma and San Zaccaria stops. A one way ticket costs €9.50

For all Venice Winter Passes, the guided walking tour must be pre-booked when activating your pass at the local operator's office. Most other experiences, like visits to museums, the VR Gallery, Procuratie Vecchie, and Prison Palace, do not require advanced booking—just show your pass. Audio guides and apps are flexible
