During your trip, you will admire country roads surrounded by rolling hills, lush vineyards, small villages, and ancient churches in the heart of Valpolicella. You will also have the opportunity to stop along the way to enjoy some of the most scenic spots where you will admire panoramic views of the hills and the vineyards of the glorious Valpolicella land, as well as romantic churches.
Later, you will take part in a wine tasting experience in a selected family-run winery, where the winemaker in person will make you discover the entire range of Valpolicella wines: Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Superiore, Amarone, and its extra Virgin olive oil. You will also visit the vineyards, the fermentation area, the barrel cellar, and some hidden processes of the Valpolicella wine.
Together with the wine and oil, you will taste some appetizers, based on typical products like cheese, salami and dark chocolate to pair with Amarone.
