Vienna is located just one hour by bus from Bratislava. These are the two closest capital cities in Europe. Both cities have similar roots, as both have been part of the Austro – Hungarian Empire. Empress Maria Theresa has been crowned in both cities, in Bratislava as Queen of Hungary and in Vienna as Empress of Austria.The bus departs in Vienna from the Vienna Hauptbanhof Bus Station at 10:00 am. Arrival in Bratislava is at 11:20 am at Novy Most bus station. The transfers are operated by SlovakLines. The bus in Vienna departs from bus stop C1.
Meet with your English speaking guide at 12:00 pm in front of the main entrance of the Park Inn Danube Hotel (just 250 meters from the bus stop, you will just need to cross the zebra crossing). At noon you will start the walking tour in historical city center of Bratislava. The tour takes one hour.

At the end of the walking tour, the guide will bring you to the café for the coffee and cake, to the restaurant for lunch or show you the way to the local beer house (Sladovna Beer House, Venturska 7, Bratislava), according to your choice.

The departure of the bus to return to Vienna is at 18:08pm from the same bus station, where the bus arrived in the morning. The arrival in Vienna is at 19:25pm in the evening.
