Join a workshop on the production methods used in an organic Mediterranean vegetable garden with seasonal products. Easy-to-handle manual agricultural tools will be used. Participants are accompanied and aided by Esment's professionals as well as people with support needs.
The content of the two-hour workshop varies depending on the time of year, but will generally consist of an introduction to the principles of organic farming, manual soil preparation, weeding, installing irrigation, transplanting horticultural crops, harvesting seasonal products. The three-hour workshop will cover the topics already mentioned, plus preparing products, packaging and planting horticultural species.
As a parting gift, participants will be given a product linked to Esment's agricultural work.
