Know in advance:

• Pickup time is between 8.00am and 10.00am depending on the location of your accommodation. Please provide your pickup details at checkout
• Minimum and maximum height restrictions apply on all rides. Please check the rules and regulations of the park before your visit
• Operating hours are subject to change depending on the season and/or required maintenance. Also, some of the attractions might not be available due to maintenance
• Please be aware that opening some of the rides and attractions may be delayed. Kindly keep an eye on the in-park screens during your visit to stay updated
• Kindly note that Formula Rossa requires a reservation, and time slots are limited. Guests visiting the park must book it on-site. Booking is on a first-come-first-served basis
• To book your time slot for Formula Rossa, you can scan the QR codes available in many areas inside the park and proceed to the information desk if you require further assistance
• Standard fast track is not valid for the queue at Formula Rossa. An upgraded fast track can be purchased at the park for 50 AED, which entitles the holder to one ride
• It's important to arrive at Formula Rossa at the pre-booked time slot. No guest will be allowed to enter the ride without a booking for the specific time
• Booking is limited to one time slot per day. Guests can book for up to 5 people using the same email. The email can be used one time per visit
• Please remember to wear appropriate clothing
• A minimum of 2 people need to be booked
