Each hot air balloon has a maximum capacity of 10-28 people

Weight eligibility criteria: maximum 119 kg

Ladies more than 3 months pregnant aren’t allowed to participate in this activity. This activity isn’t also suitable for people with serious heart, knees or back problems, for those who have undergone a major surgery during the last 6 months and those who suffer from height phobia, people with physical disabilities or mental disorders. Each passenger will have to sign a mandatory form declaring they don’t have any of the above-mentioned problems

Any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs won’t be allowed to fly

Drones won’t be allowed during the flight because of the strict regulations of the UAE’s Government. You can get a video recording of your flight and an event banner on the basket for an extra cost

Please note that pick-ups and drop-offs are available from the Dubai Marina Mall, the Burjuman Mall, the Deira City Centre and the Dubai Outlet Mall. If you need to be transferred from and to a remoter area, you will be charged an extra fare of which you will be informed in advance. Please be aware that the arranged times for pick-ups and drop-offs can change between 30 and 60 minutes depending on locations and the traffic conditions

After reservation, the supplier will contact you to provide you with their waiver form to be filled out up to 24 hours prior to the flight

The breakfast is included, while falconry and the camel ride aren't included in this activity's price. You can check the rates at the camp after landing and pay directly on site by cash or card if you want to add any of these extras
