Only 10 minutes from Dublin city centre, The Irish House Party is an Irish music and dance show in a beautiful 18th-century townhouse. Local traditional Irish musicians set up the show, focusing on small groups and independent travellers.
On arrival, guests will be welcomed by the host and will be able to enjoy a delicious pre-show, 3-course typical dinner from a choice menu. Then, the Irish House Party musicians and dancers will take to the stage. You'll experience an authentic performance, without the usual clichés: no flat caps, waistcoats or leprechauns there. Instead, you'll be able to enjoy the true sound and fun of Ireland in an intimate and homely setting. You'll even be given the unique chance to listen to indigenous Irish instruments such as the Harp, the Uilleann Pipes and the Bodhran.
If you are looking for an Irish music and dance experience a little different from the usual mass tourist cabaret-type nights, then The Irish House Party is just perfect for you. You can choose between the following options in the order box: "Dinner & Show" (Option 1), which includes dinner starting at 6.30 pm, and "Show Only" (Option 2), which doesn't include dinner and starts at 8 pm.
