This four-day safari adventure takes you deep into Kenya’s wild landscapes, from the red-earth plains of Tsavo East National Park to the elephant-filled marshes of Amboseli and the wildlife-rich Taita Hills Sanctuary. With expert guides leading every game drive, this journey combines dramatic scenery, unforgettable wildlife encounters and unique lodge stays for an authentic East African safari experience.
Day one begins with an early morning drive towards Tsavo East National Park, where your first game drive starts en route to the lodge. Known for its vast open plains and striking red volcanic soil, Tsavo East is home to elephants, lions, buffalo and countless other species roaming freely across the landscape. After checking in and enjoying lunch at Ashnil Aruba Lodge, there’s time to relax or take a swim before heading back into the park for an afternoon game drive. As the sun begins to set, return to the lodge for dinner and your first night surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.
On day two, after breakfast, the journey continues towards Amboseli National Park with another game drive along the way. Arriving at Amboseli Sentrim Camp in time for lunch, you’ll then head out for an afternoon safari through landscapes of swamps, marshes and open plains. The park is famous for its large elephant herds, but you may also spot cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, lions and hippos during the drive. On clear days, Mount Kilimanjaro provides a spectacular backdrop to the scenery and wildlife. After dinner at camp, settle in for the night beneath the African sky.
Rise and shine on day three for an early morning game drive, when cooler temperatures and soft light create the best conditions for wildlife spotting and photography. After breakfast, continue to Taita Hills Sanctuary for lunch before heading to the remarkable Salt Lick Safari Lodge, built on stilts overlooking a floodlit waterhole where animals gather to drink throughout the day and night. There’s an afternoon game drive in the sanctuary followed by a night safari in search of nocturnal wildlife before dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.
Day four begins with one final early morning game drive through the sanctuary before breakfast back at the lodge. Later, there’s another chance to spot wildlife during a mid-morning drive before lunch at the resort. After check-out, you’ll begin the return journey to Mombasa, bringing your Kenyan safari adventure to a close with unforgettable memories of Africa’s wild landscapes and iconic animals.
