About your host, Luca: One year ago I left my job to embrace my new dream of hosting and cooking for my guests. I love welcoming new people to my home from all over the world, offering them a gourmet experience. All my dishes are typical Italian (from different regions) with a fusion touch.

STARTERS
Roasted and ovened quail leg, with boneless breast, with saffron rice, served on red pepper cream.
Sous vide octopus, served on lobster cream and sweet green beans
Breaded shrimp with hazelnuts served with slightly spicy red onion jam
PASTA
Spaghetti with cuttlefish ink, prawns, mullet roe (bottarga) and candied lemon zest
MAIN COURSE
Red partridge cooked in milk, with purple cabbage, fresh mint cream and new potatoes
DESSERT
Dessert is home made daily and served with coffee or sweet wine.
