Take part in a friendly workshop to learn more about Aquitaine caviar, a flagship product of the French gastronomy and one of the most reputate in the world !
Your guide will take you through an introduction to the world of caviar - its origins, the different types of caviar and the production process.
Following the caviar appreciation class, the workshop will continue onto a caviar tasting, where you will be able to apply your newfound knowledge with two different Caviar products - a Baerri Caviar primeur and a Caviar Origin Baerri. The whole, accompanied by a specially chosen Champagne, to sublimate the food and wine pairing.
